Our Mission

Our online ordering system has been build with first hand experience. After working for many years in the food industry as both head of operations and also as a manger for a number of award winning Indian takeaways, Shazaan found himself frustrated with trying to balance the books. With all the operating costs small businesses have, he found that they were also being forced to open up their doors to online food directories (such as JustEat and Hungry House) in order to keep up with customer needs and to stay competitive. Whilst this was a great way to bring in new business, he found the businesses being squeezed by high commissions. He also found that customer engagement was impersonal.

Joining forces with Zed, founder of multiple online services such as FixDatFile.com and apparel websites such as House of Sultan, they came up with a online ordering system which provides a solution for business owners to keep control over running costs, whilst being able to keep up with the new online spending trends we see today. Bringing years of experience, Zed developed a unique feature rich, online ordering and EPOS systems that is built around user experience and customer needs.

Learn

The first thing we will do is sit and have a chat over coffee to allow us to learn a little about your business. By doing this, we can establish what services will be perfect for you. We will discuss the full process, from designing all the way to marketing.

We will then design, build and test your website and app. During this stage we will load up your current menu and prices, and start building in your payment methods (cash, card, PayPal, ApplePay, etc).

Install, Test & Educate

We will make a visit to your business to start installing the required hardware. We will then provide education and training to show you exactly how to use the system. Don’t worry… our system is probably the easiest system to become familiar with.

The exciting time has come! We will now make your system live. You can start promoting and taking orders via your website and app. Don’t worry, we will be on hand to help you throughout the way.
